Fitness Test Hub specializes in analysing and evaluating physical fitness for active and recreational participants. Many individuals engage in physical activities like running, jogging, and exercising but are unaware of their actual fitness levels and areas needing improvement for better health. To address this, we have developed a comprehensive testing protocol with different levels to accurately measure participants' fitness.

The program consists of three stages using Yo-Yo fitness tests:


Yo-Yo Intermittent Endurance Test

Yo-Yo Endurance Test

Yo-Yo Intermittent Recovery Test


The tests will be conducted across 7 cities and 12 locations over a 4-month period. After the initial cycle, participants can either repeat the same test or progress to the next level after 4 months, allowing time for training and fitness improvement. Weekly updates on points, rankings, and upcoming events will be provided to keep participants informed of their progress.
