Selection Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

Aged 20 to 60 years old Men and Women.

Free from significant cardiovascular, musculoskeletal, or metabolic disorders.

Normal resting blood pressure and heart rate.

Light physical activity.
(exercise 1-3 times/week, 15-30 minutes of elevated heart rate activity)

Exclusion Criteria

Pregnant individuals.

Highly sedentary individuals not meeting minimum physical activity levels

Medals & T-Shirts for Top 3 Performers!


Participants are advised that the tests will be held across seven cities and 12 different locations over a four-month period. Each participant is allowed to participate in only one test opportunity during this time. After the initial cycle, medals and T-shirts will be awarded to the top three participants in each age and gender category, based on their ranking. Please ensure you are aware of your designated test location and category to compete effectively.
